Terms of Service

Pachinko-RTS is a free online game. Credits are play money with no real-world value. Be a decent opponent, do not abuse the servers, and we will do our best to keep the lights on. The rest of this page spells that out.

By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

• Credits, chips, bets, payouts and bot bankrolls are game features only. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred outside the game, or exchanged for cash or anything else of value.
• Every new account receives a fixed grant of credits. We may adjust balances, reset economies, or change how credits work at any time, including to fix bugs or abuse.
• Pachinko-RTS is not a gambling service. Nothing here should be treated as an investment or a wager for value.

• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person. Do not create extra accounts to farm credits, evade limits, or manipulate the leaderboard.
• Your display name must not impersonate someone else or be offensive.
• You can delete your account at any time from the account page.

• You may write and run bots using the published SDK and the documented endpoints on the bots pages. Bots you register are your responsibility.
• Respect the published limits on bots, sessions and request rates. Do not probe, scrape, load-test, or attempt to bypass the server, other than through the documented interfaces.
• Exploiting bugs in the game, the economy, or the matchmaking is not allowed. If you find one, tell us instead.
• We may deactivate any bot or account that harms the service or other players.

Do not harass other players, collude to fix match results or bets, or use cheats, exploits or automation outside the bot API. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

The game is provided as is and as available. It is under active development: rules, balance, features, credit economics and these terms can change at any time, and we may take the service offline for maintenance or permanently. We are not liable for lost credits, match results, or downtime.

The game, its artwork, code and names belong to the operator. You keep the rights to bot code you write. You may not copy or redistribute the game client or server.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
